He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Blake and Twila Blake (Long). He is survived by: his wife Lori Blake of St. Clairsville; his daughter Paula Goldbaugh (Robert) of Moundsville, WV; his grandchildren, Samuel and Raelyn Goldbaugh; and his siblings, Rebecca Baker of Wheeling, Bruce Blake (Kathy) of Wheeling and Michael Baker of Moundsville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
