She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Clifford and Lillie Yockey Hendershot; and her granddaughter Hannah Costine. She is survived by: her husband John O. Costine of St. Clairsville; her children, J. Mark Costine (Brenda) of St. Clairsville, Melanie Moon (Craig) of Middletown, OH. and Eric Costine (Denise) of St. Clairsville; and her siblings, John Hendershot (Mabel) of Frostproof, FL and Judy Norris of Franklin, TN. She is also survived by six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
