He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar E. Niemann and Viola Morton Nieman; his brother-in-law William Diab; and his nephew William L. Diab. He is survived by: his sister Betty Diab of St. Clairsville; his niece Norma Diab; and his close friends, Paul and Leona Elerick.
