She is survived by: her parent Allie Tyrrell Johnson; her children, Michael Ballog (Shannon) of St. Clairsville, Judith Doll (Tom) of St. Clairsville and Nancy Mayhugh of Barnesville, OH; her grandchildren, Christopher Ballog, Brian Mayhugh (Cindy), Todd McCort (Rebecca), Josh McCort (Toni), Matthew Doll, Shelly Marling (Jerry) and Wendy Eicholtz; her great grandchildren, Alli Mayham, Brooklyn McCort, Maddy Hoffer, Haley Hoffer, Dannen Foraker, Gavin Pethtel and Peyton McCort; her daughter Lana Orr (Bob); and her sisters-in-law, Jeanne McMahon and Gladys Merckle.
