She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Foster and Lucy Ogilbee Foster; her husband Willard F. Ramsay; her son Curtis Willard Ramsay; and her siblings, Margaret Yost, Hazel Kemp, Audrey Christy, Helen Stonebraker and Charles Foster.
She is survived by: her children, Dan Ramsay (Jo Lee) of Bellaire, Jerry Ramsay (Cindy) of Van Wert and Tammy Gruber (George) of Wheeling, WV; her grandchildren, Mark Ramsay (Carrie), Krista Ruthers (Ryan), Andrew Ramsay, Megan McKinney (Terry), Allison Ramsay, Sam Karrasch, Ben Gruber, Mandy Vapner (Nate) and Melissa Long; and her great grandchildren, Bryce, Bradie (Dylan), Tate, Ellie, Hannah, Logan, Gavin, Kylie, Lucy, Stevie, Bowen, Layla and McKinney. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Hillview Terrace Church of Christ or charity of the donor's choice.
