With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Margaret Evelyn Miller of Saint Clairsville, Ohio, who passed away on March 10, 2021 at the age of 96. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Margaret Evelyn Miller to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Merle Doty and Margaret Ann Kocsis Doty; her husband George E. Miller; and her brother William Harvey Doty. She is also survived by two brothers-in-law, a sister-in-law, many nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews, and great-great nieces and great-great nephews.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, social distancing and facial coverings will be required during visitation at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Saturday from 11 a. m. until time of service at 1 p. m. with Rev. Homer Harden officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Belmont County Animal Shelter or the First Presbyterian Church both located in St. Clairsville.
