(Nancy) of Portland, OR and David (Pamela) of Kettering, OH; his grandchildren, Armando Jagucki, Khaloy White, Christopher Jagucki and Arika White Chamberlain; and his brother Thomas P. Jagucki (Joyce). He is also survived by five nephews, seven nieces and seventeen grand nephews.
