She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Goodwin and Ruby Baker Goodwin; her husband George E. Prosser Jr.; her son George E. "Skip" Prosser III; and her sister Betty Sinclair.
She is survived by: her daughter Cindy Jo Gross of St. Clairsville; her grandchildren, Scott Prosser, Mark Prosser (Emily), Ryan Gross, Laurann Young (Dan) and Katyn Gross (Ryan); and her great grandchildren, Jamison, Camden, Brenton Young, Ava, Declan Prosser, Bryar and Bayer Vicker.
