He was predeceased by: his parents, James David Puckett and Nannie Ethel Trent Puckett. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Moore Puckett; and his children, Larry James Puckett (Liz), Bryan Puckett (Nelly), Kristy Anderson (John) and Lisa Bishop (Damon Brooks). He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
