He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Costine and Jesse Oliver Costine; his wife Phyllis; his granddaughter Hannah; and his siblings, Robert E. Costine (Anna D.) and Dorothy Stanek (Bob).
He is survived by: his children, J. Mark Costine (Brenda), Melanie Moon (Craig) and Eric Costine (Denise); and his brother Tom Costine (Connie). He is also survived by five grandchildren, four great grandchildren, three step-grandchildren and five step-great grandchildren and three step great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Toothman Funeral Home (141 S Marietta St, St Clairsville, OH 43950). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
