He was predeceased by: his parents, John Budinscak and Cristina Sebecic Budinscak; his daughter Karen Budinscak Adams; and his sisters, Mary Budinscak and Mary Stiglich.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Ann Burskey Budinscak; his son John "Buck" Budinscak Jr. (Kathy) of Wadsworth, OH; his grandchildren, Zach Budinscak (Chelsea), Lisa Budinscak, Cory Budinscak and Emily Adams Gosney (Craig); and his great grandchildren, Cohen, Charlie and Josephine.
