It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John E. Jenkins (Saint Clairsville, Ohio), born in Maynard, Ohio, who passed away on January 24, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Edison Jenkins and Margaret Virginia Jobes Jenkins; his wife Marlene Comas Jenkins; and his sister-in-law Marianne McHugh Jenkins. He is survived by: his children, Richard D. Jenkins and Leslie Jenkins; his grandchildren, Chris Jenkins (Andrea), Nick Shanks, Joey Jenkins (Stephanie), Jessica Shanks Salyer (Andrew), Adam Shanks and Will Cuddy; his great grandchildren, Lucy, Addison, Joshua, Jace, Andrew and Jaxson; his brother Richard E. Jenkins; his niece Kathy Smith (Richard); his close friend Lee Dohm; and also, Blake, Caty and Caelyn.
Memorial contributions may be made to Thoburn United Methodist Church or the St. Clairsville Stadium Improvement Foundation care of the Saints Club.
