It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Johanna Heagin of Saint Clairsville, Ohio, born in Wheeling, West Virginia, who passed away on May 29, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Lotz and Anna Liebold Lotz; her son Richard; and her husband Richard Ray Heagin. She is survived by: her children, Kathleen, Barbara, Karen, Kevin, Keith and Bridget; her grandchildren, Todd, Chase, Kyle, Tyler, Dillon, Erika and Elaina; her siblings, Linda, Lawrence and Mary; and her great grandchild Fahren.
