He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew Kuchinka and Mary Locke Kuchinka; his wife Lois Sampson Kuchinka; and his siblings, Mary Kovach and Matt Kuchinka.
He is survived by: his daughter Janice Kuchinka (Billy Dojcak); his granddaughter Marin Dojchinka; and his siblings, Betty Ryan, Rose Kopyar, Don and John Kuchinka. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
