With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jimmy Benda of Saint Clairsville, Ohio, born in Wheeling, West Virginia, who passed away on September 6, 2020 at the age of 57. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father William Hendershot; and his sons, Zachary and Todd Benda. He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Johnson Hendershot; his fiancé Gail Kolopajlo; his daughters, Brandy Benda, Rachel Benda, Kaitlyn Benda and Megan Perdok; his siblings, Terri Leadenham, Todd Benda, David Hendershot, Rusty Hendershot, Michael Hendershot, Jody Hendershot, Nancy Johnson, Scott Hendershot and Cathy Dare; his former wife Jennie Perdok; and his grandson Isaac Benda. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due COVID-19 pandemic, social distancing and facial coverings will be required during the visitation held on Friday, September 11, from 5-8 p. m. at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, OH.
