He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur James Hartman Sr. and Laurene Annamarie Bell Hartman; and his wife Carol Jones Hartman. He is survived by: his children, James M. Hartman (Jimmy Johnson) of St. Clairsville, Ohio and Janice Lee Hartman of Medina, Ohio; and his former wife Judith Lee Sloan Hartman of St. Clairsville.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, social distancing and facial coverings are required during the visitation at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, Ohio on Sunday from 3 p. m. until time of services at 5 p. m. Masonic.
