She is survived by: her brother Dennis of Barton; her son Donald Fornal of Barton; and her sisters, Mary Ward of New Hampshire and Elizabeth Keylor of Colerain, OH. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
