It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeannine Lois Smith of Saint Clairsville, Ohio, born in Wheeling, West Virginia, who passed away on March 28, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Russell Shaw and Ruth Frances Boyle Shaw; her husband Jerry Smith; and her son Steven Craig Rauschenberg of New Athens, OH.. She is survived by: her children, Christine Kuhar (Rick) of St. Clairsville, Jamie Rauschenberg (Holly) of St. Clairsville, Richard Vannest of St. Clairsville and Diane Campbell of St. Clairsville; and her siblings, Thomas James Shaw of Warnock, OH and Joyce Chambers (Edward) of St. Clairsville. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
