He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Parnell and Margaret Bobot Parnell. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Bartholomew Parnell; his children, Virginia Parnell of Pittsburgh, PA and Paul Parnell (Helen) of St. Clairsville, OH; and his grandchildren, Jenna Koval, Lindsey Van Horn, Erin Kramer, Michael Rosen and Amber Brunck. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, facial coverings and social distancing will be required at a memorial service from 10 a. m. to time of service at 11 a. m. at Christ the King Lutheran Church on Saturday followed by interment at Union Cemetery in St. Clairsville, OH.
