He was predeceased by: his parents, Hunter S. Brown and Cathryn A. Biddle Brown; his son-in-law Michael A. Zambito; and his granddaughter Jennifer Zambito-Knaur. He is survived by: his wife Betty Ann Howell Brown of St. Clairsville; his children, Joyce Zambito of Wheeling, WV., Patricia Ranttila (Jack) of Chicago, IL., Roger Brown (Vickie Wirth) of Beals Island, ME and Amy Hiner (Matthew) of Cuyahoga Falls, OH; his grandchildren, Christopher Zambito, Mark Zambito, Sarah McEachern, Timothy Ranttila, Annie Ranttila, Emily Hiner, Bennett Hiner and Madeline Hiner; and his cousin John Biddle of Athens, OH..
