She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Koshenka and Theresa Kapina Koshenka; her husband Stanley Olinski; and her siblings, Mary Stack and William J. Koshenka.

She is survived by: her children, Christine Estes (John) of Gilbert and Steve Olinski (Lola) of Maynard; and her brother Robert Koshenka (Joann) of St. Claisville.
