We are sad to announce that on July 21, 2019, at the age of 81, George Richard Gacek Sr. (Saint Clairsville, Ohio), born in Neffs, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Gacek Sr. and Antonia Rybkosky Gacek; and his brothers, Charles Jr. and Robert Gacek. He is survived by: his children, Karen Wallace, George Richard "Zak" Gacek, Craig Gacek and Keeley Jo Corrick; and his sister Carole Worrell. He is also survived by two grandchildren, two great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
