He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Ludwig and Rose Sikora Ludwig; his wife Patricia Baker Ludwig; and his siblings, John, Joe, Walter, Stanley Ludwig, Mary Kowalczyk and Rose Yantz.
He is survived by: his children, Frank Ludwig Jr. (Brenda), Mark Ludwig (Lani), Carol Creech (Larry), Leslie Ludwig and Melissa Elswick; and his sisters, Helen Klan, Liz Cavender and Alice Lachendro. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
