He is survived by: his wife Judith Chappell (Bach); his children, Anthony Chappell of Lewisville, OH, Sandra Harper of Shadyside and Jody Weekley of Clarington, OH.; his siblings, Hubert Chappell (Shirley) of Barnesville, OH, George Chappell (Arlene) of Boston, OH, Virginia Maharg of Celina, OH and Clara Carnette of Aleria, OH; his grandchildren, Molly Harper and Katy Weekley; and his great grandchildren, Isabella Harper, Allyson Harper, Aiden Lawhorne and Madisyn McNeely.
