He was predeceased by: his parents, Rose Modra (Mihalik) and Frank A. Modra Sr.; his son Mike Modra; and his sister Joan Metcalf. He is survived by: his wife Dianna Modra; his sons, Frank Modra III, Tom Modra and Rob Modra; his brother John Modra (Pat); and his grandchildren, Chloe, Kyle (Alicia), Carli, Brittany (David), Gara (Grant), Gage (Sierra), Sidney and Brandon (Emily). He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be given in Frank's name to the Sonshine Food Pantry at the Nazarene Church of Powhatan Point.
