She was predeceased by: her parent Robert; her husband Jack W. Berletch Sr; and her brother Robert Geimer. She is survived by: her parent Madeline; her children, Jack W. Berletch Jr. of Yuma, AZ, Kathy Berletch of Moundsville, Patty Nickerson (Russ) of Elm Grove and Sue Merckle (Robert) of Oviedo, FL.; and her sister Kay Schramm (Everett) of Bridgeport. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
