With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elaine Kidder of Saint Clairsville, Ohio, born in Wheeling, West Virginia, who passed away on January 21, 2021 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Emory G. Kidder and Edna Carson Kidder. She is survived by: her siblings, Linda Carpenter (Clyde), Louise Craft of St. Clairsville and Nelson Kidder (Reda) of Versailles, Kentucky; her nieces and nephews, Amy McCumsey, Molly Walton, Maizee Bunner, Mandee Craft, Michael, David and Chris Kidder; her brother-in-law Clyde Carpenter; and her aunt Ann Milleson of Freeport, Ohio..

Due Covid-19 strict masking and distancing policies will be enforced on Tuesday from 11 a. m. until time of service at 1 p. m. at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville with Everett Hutson officiating.
