He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles E. Marshall and Sharon Milligan Marshall of St. Clairsville; his siblings, Paul "Butch" Marshall and Melissa Smigle (Jerry) of Bridgeport; his nephew Brandon Smigle of Columbus; his stepdaughter Amanda Phillips (Mike); his stepgrandsons, Ethan and Nicholas; and his stepsons, Glenn Smoyer and Allen Miller. He was also cherished by two uncles, five aunts and many cousins.
