She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Poludniak and Stella Zelkowski Poludniak. She is survived by: her children, Lynn Schrum (Bob) of St. Clairsville and Mark West of Cadiz; her grandsons, Brad Schrum (Amanda) of Morgantown, WV and Matthew Schrum of St. Clairsville; and her great grandchildren, Isabelle and Eliana Schrum. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
