The memory of Donald C. Wood of Saint Clairsville, Ohio, who passed away on April 17, 2025 at the age of 81, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. As we bid adieu to Donald's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Donald has bequeathed us. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Forest and Dorothy Wood (Price). He is survived by: his wife Sandra Wood (Benschneider); his daughters, Toni, Rita and Amy; his grandson Derrick; and his brother Alan. He is also survived by his loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Dooley Funeral Home (5761 OH-500, Payne, OH 45880).
