He was predeceased by: his parents, James East and Maxine Barricklow (Irvine); his son Michael East; his brother James East; and his grandson Isaac Young.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara East (Nisperly); and his children, Donald East, Lori East, James East and Katelynn Smith (Levi). He is also survived by 6 brothers; 5 sisters; 9 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
