Dale Elwood Moore Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dale Elwood Moore of Saint Clairsville, Ohio, born in Wheeling, West Virginia, who passed away on April 10, 2021 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Benton Moore and Cora Elizabeth Rine Moore; and his sister Doris Saffol. He is survived by: his wife Barbara E. Collins Moore; his children, Darla Sheets, Curtis Moore and Christina Suter; his sister Hilda Hupka (Jim); and his close friends, Jess Ostrander and Tom Salem. He is also survived by six grandchildren; several great grandchildren.
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, social distancing and facial coverings are required during visitation on Thursday from 4 – 7 p. m. at the Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, where services will be held on Friday at 1 p. m. with Rev. Dr. Jerry Wenger officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to East Richland Friends Church.
