It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Cloyd Michael of Saint Clairsville, Ohio, born in Martins Ferry, Ohio, who passed away on July 22, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cloyd Morris Michael and Henrietta Kramer Michael. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia L. Griffiths Michael; his children, Rich Michael (Deidre) and Megan Furbee (Ken); his grandchildren, Michael Furbee (Katie Wolfe), Gracie Furbee (Dom Wallace), K. J. Furbee (Hannah Kerksiek) and Matt Furbee (Alecia); his great grandchildren, Bella and Lincoln Furbee; and his close friend Jennifer Albaugh.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, social distancing and facial coverings will be required to attend a visitation on Monday from 3 p. m. to 6 p. m. at Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Senior Services of Belmont County.
