He is survived by: his daughters, Polly Rogers (Ted) of Bridgeport and Michelle West of Pleasantville; his sister Deborah West-Eddy of Martins Ferry; his grandchildren, Demitra West, Destiny Bartimus, Helen Wildern, Cheyenne Cumbridge and Nevaeh Facemire; and his great grandchildren, Dustin Ledger, Jr., Addalynne West, Savannah West, Xavier Wildern, Willow Wildern and Jamison Keys.
