He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles and Helen Vargo Sr. (Melnick); and his sister Jean Grimes. He is survived by: his children, Mike Vargo (Stephanie Lock) of Colerain, Kimberly Burlenski (Rick) of Bridgeport, Traci Millard (Eugene "Fritz") of Bridgeport and Lori Vargo of Columbus; his niece Elsie Bittner; and his nephew Carl Bittner. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.
