He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Marshall and Mildred Raber Marshall; his children, Paul "Butch", Dwayne and Cheryl Lynn; and his siblings, Bob, Roger, Gloria Dean Ritter and Ruth Ann Marconi.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon B. Milligan Marshall; his daughter Melissa A. Marshall Smigle (Jerry) of Bridgeport; his grandchildren, Brandon of Columbus and Allura of Apison, Tennessee; and his siblings, Willard of St. Clairsville, Victor of Bridgeport, Rose Ellen Bailer and Lois Sharon Morris of Moundville, Alabama. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
