He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Lucas and Josephine Belt Lucas; and his sister Ruth Lucas Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Margaret J. "Peggy" Joseph Lucas; his daughters, Mary Margaret Zink (Don) of St. Clairsville and Jo Ellen "Jody" Vickers (Greg) of St. Clairsville; his sisters, Kathryn Dickman of Wheeling, Nancy Norton of South Carolina and Jo Ann Cook of Arizona; and his grandchildren, Jacob Zink, Sarah Zink, Emily Vickers, Madison Vickers and Zachary Vickers. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
