She was predeceased by: her mother Margaret Agnes Baker; her husband Walter E. Kinsey; and her sister Clara Self. She is survived by: her sons, Charles Kinsey (Lisa Wieneke) of Adena, OH., Paul Kinsey (Nancy) of Frankfort, OH. and Jeffrey Kinsey of St. Clairsville; her sister Frances Pruitt of Chesterfield, SC; and her sister-in-law Betty Bain of Maynard, OH. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
