She was predeceased by: her parent Joseph Armstrong; her husband Samuel James Frazier, Jr.; her daughter Sandra Janes; and her siblings, Rebecca Mozingo, Joseph Armstrong, William Armstrong, Tom Armstrong and Robert Armstrong.
She is survived by: her parent Cecilia Armstrong (Humphrey); her children, Samuel Frazier, III of St. Clairsville and Debra Otterbeck (Rick) of Wheeling; and her grandchildren, Libby Gramby (Shawn) of Wheeling, Tim Frazier of St. Clairsville and Stephanie Harris of Cleveland. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
