It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl W. Brown of Saint Clairsville, Ohio, who passed away on December 9, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Carl W. Brown to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Brown and Mary Debo Brown. He is survived by: his wife Karen Jordan Brown; his children, Tracey Androsko (Mike) and Brian Brown (Lisa Kucera); his stepson Joe Ingle; his grandchildren, Brandi Crosby (Justin) and Michael Androsko; his great grandchildren, Sean and Breyden Crosby; his siblings, Carley Balvin (Robert), Darlene Balvin (Valgene) and Eugene Brown; and his pets, Iszzy and Molly. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, private services will be held at the convenience of the family with social distancing and facial coverings required.
