Costa; her daughters, Stacey Kozlowski of Connecticut and Candice Stiverson of Columbus; her siblings, Marilyn Pubal of St. Clairsville and Ralph "Bud" Parish of Texas; and her grandchildren, Casey Kozlowski, Jonah Stiverson and Evan Stiverson.
