She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Richard Smith and Ova Violet Roberts Smith; her husband Ralph Edwin Duncan; and her siblings, Thomas Smith, John Smith, Fred Smith, Jim Smith, Jane Park, Jean Johnson, Margaret LeMasters and Mildred Courtright.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Kay Moore (Duane) of Centerville, Deanna Furman (Henry) of Salisbury, MD, Lynda Joyce Duncan of St. Clairsville and Michael Edwin Duncan (Grace) of Belmont; her sister Katie Crow of New Martinsville, WV; her sister-in-law Miriam Smith; her grandchildren, Deborah McFarland (Kevin), Michael Duane Moore (Michelle), Rebecca Moore, Daniel Duncan (Missy), Cherie Duncan, Kim Smith (Doug), William Edmondson (Theresa), Denise Sparks (Mark), Lori Starkey (Kevin) and Niki Mullinix Perris (Kevin); her great grandchildren, Molly Daniels (Larry), Brandon McFarland (Elissa), Maureen Work (Cory), Matthew Moore (Caitlin), James Moore, Kathleen Montgomery, Samuel Montgomery, Cierra Duncan (Ian), Bryan Mason (Valene), Zachary Mason (Amy), Johnna Lynn, Cheyenne Smith, Heidi Lucas (Anthony), Garrett Smith, Gordon Smith, Connor Starkey, Jack Starkey, Kenzie Perris, Kylee Perris and Kennedy Perris; and her great great grandchildren, McKenna Daniels, Jameson Daniels, Aleena McFarland, Alexia McFarland, Novah Duncan, Luna Murphy, Maddox Mason, Vada Mason, Cameron Smith, Logan Smith, Aayla Smith and Natalie Schau.
