With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Jo Stewart of Saint Clairsville, Ohio, born in Bellaire, Ohio, who passed away on December 16, 2020 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George E. Neff and Veronica Gongola Neff; her brother Richard Neff; and her brother-in-law Gerald Springhetti. She is survived by: her son Michael Stewart; her sisters, Delores "Dolly" Springhetti and Pamela Neff; and her sister-in-law Brenda Neff. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
