With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Arleen Van Fossen (Saint Clairsville, Ohio), born in Mingo Junction, Ohio, who passed away on February 18, 2020 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Linda, Beverly, Roger and Bud. She is survived by: her husband Richard A. Van Fossen; her son Richard D. Blackwell (Joanie); and her siblings, Aileen, Kathy, Glenna, Brenda, Mike and Rick. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; six great grandchildren and one on the way; several nieces and nephews.
