Allen Palmer Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 17, 2019, at the age of 97, Allen Palmer (Saint Clairsville, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his former wives, Wilda Lois Muller Palmer and Ruth Palmer; and his brother William Ray Palmer Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Barbara Palmer-Tengs of Springfield and Virginia (David Palmer); his grandchildren, Matthew Tengs (Melissa) of Arlington, Virginia and Kelly Rose (Paul) of Highlands Ranch, Colorado; his great grandchildren, Samantha Grayson Tengs, Kylie, Preston and Peyton Rose; and his sister Jean Davies of Barnesville.
