He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Karen Lee; his son Rick C.; his siblings, Ronald (Deborah), Phillip (Diana), Mary Ann Zayak (late William), Suzan Palicka (Thomas) and Kathleen Shoop (Thomas); and his nieces and nephews, Anthony, Derek, Kara, Kristi, Lisa, Bill, Michelle, Jennifer, Tom, Courtney, Stephanie and Erica.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11 AM Wednesday, June 2, 2021 at St. Barnabas Catholic Church, 9451 Brandywine Rd, Northfield, OH 44067 (Masks and social distancing will be required at church.).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Crossroads Hospice, 3743 Boettler Oaks Dr., Suite E, Uniontown, OH 44685 (http://www.crossroadshospice.com) or to the Garfield Heights Hockey Association, checks made out to the City of Garfield Heights Parks and Recreation Department, and sent to 5411 Turney Road, Garfield Heights, Ohio 44125.
