It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia E Prementine of Sagamore Hills, Ohio, who passed away on June 28, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father John D. DeMarco; and her brother Mark DeMarco. She is survived by: her husband Joseph E. Prementine; her children, Debi Ussery (Charles) and Shawn Prementine (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Megan, Jack Ussery, Sullivan, Abigail, Sawyer and Harrison Prementine; and her siblings, John DeMarco, Diane Hariel and Thomas DeMarco.
