It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dennis Jacobs of Sagamore Hills, Ohio, who passed away on November 26, 2020, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul and Edna; and his sister Lucy Holland. He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Todd Jacobs (Shaun Garrity) and Joslyn Palange (Christopher); his grandchildren, Kendall, Lucas, Carter and Molly Palange; and his siblings, James (Judy), John (Kathy), Paul (Tina), Patty Szylakowski (Ray) and Billy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends.

Mass of Christian Burial Friday December 4, 2020 St. Barnabas Church, 9451 Brandywine Road, Northfield, Ohio at 1:00 PM, (while practicing social distancing and the use of masks). (EVERYONE MEET AT CHURCH).
