He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Shirley; his children, Paula Rafuse (Scott), Pamela Szell (Chuck), Ken Smerekovsky and Sam Smerekovsky; his grandchildren, Courtney Koslo (Kris), Carly Horiba (Scott), Kelly Szell, Colin Rafuse, Jordan Smerekovsky (Taylor), Chucky Szell, Xavier Smerekovsky, Nolan Smerekovsky and Faith Smerekovsky; his great grandchildren, Zachary, Patrick, Brinkley and Bodhi; and his siblings, Joe Gregg (Susie), Rosemary Nardone (late Carl), Laura Dunne (Jim), Kathy DeMinico (Tom) and Bill Gregg (Sue). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
