She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Blanton and Alta Grooms Blanton; her husband Harold Nelson; and her siblings, Oscar Blanton, Jr., Harold Blanton, David Blanton, Doris Goodwin and Helen Williams.
She is survived by: her sons, Harold'Bud'Nelson of Sabina, Tim Nelson (Robyn) of Jacksonville, FL and Chris Nelson (Stephanie) of Lebanon, TN.; her grandchildren, Brandy, Leslie, Brandon, Caleb, Noah and Benjamin; her siblings, Teddy Blanton (Diane) of West Union and Barbara Bushong of Raymond, OH; and her caregivers, Janie Davis and Kim Clark. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Ohio's Hospice.
